The fourth annual festival returns AUG 7 - AUG 9, 2026, presenting the highest quality shorts ranging from animation and documentaries to drama and comedy. SUMMER SHORTS will please every kind of movie lover—from kids to serious film buffs. Up to 60 short movies are screened in six separate short film blocks, including the family-friendly FOR KID’S SAKE block, the adults only favorite FOR F**K’S SAKE block and the NY only FOR LOCALS’ SAKE block, featuring filmmakers from New York state.

For these select events The Parish offers a special $25 pre-movie menu featuring their inviting Cajun-inspired cuisine.
